Important Informations
Venue gates open from 6:00 PM onwards.
Event starts at 8:00 PM sharp.
No food is allowed inside the auditorium.
Instalmentt payment options on ticket prices are available through our associates/partners.
Upgrading purchased tickets is subject to availability and at the discretion of the organizer.
Valid Tickets: Only valid tickets purchased from the official Ticket Page will grant entry. Fake tickets or deactivated wristbands will be identified by our scanning system and will not be granted entry.
Ticket Sharing: Tickets are strictly non-transferable. Do not share your ticket with anyone else.
Name on Ticket: The name on the ticket must match the name on your ID. Proof of ID may be requested at the entrance.
Photography: No professional photography is permitted during the event.
Right of Admission: Management reserves the right to refuse entry for any reason.
Refund Policy: Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable, except in the case of event cancellation due to weather conditions.
Ticket and QR Code: Please bring a copy of your ticket with the QR code and your name on it. Limited or no WiFi connectivity may be available at the door.
Please Note:
Age restriction: Children above 5 years of age will require a ticket.
There is no provision for wheelchairs at the venue.
Food and drink stalls are available at the venue.
Entry or re-entry to the auditorium will not be permitted without an intact wristband. Damaged or torn wristbands will only be reconsidered upon security verification and with the approval of the organizer.
*Please ensure you wear your wristband throughout the entire show.
