Denise Julia, born on February 24, 2002, in Manila, Philippines, is a rising Filipina R&B singer-songwriter. Influenced by 90s R&B icons and modern artists like SZA and Kehlani, she began writing songs at 13 and gained prominence with her viral hit “NVMD” in 2022. Known for her dreamy soundscapes, she released her debut mini-album Sweet Nothings (Chapter 1) in 2023. Denise headlined her first major concert, Sweet Nothings: The Denise Julia Experience, in 2024, solidifying her place in the music scene.

2. Attendees must be aged 12 and above. Minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a ticket-bearing adult (18+) in the same section (2 minors : 1 adult maximum ratio).
3. The seat plan illustration serves only as a reference. The actual layout might be adjusted without prior notice.
4. Ticket prices exclude ticketing and processing fee.
5. One ID can buy a maximum of EIGHT (8) tickets per show.

BBE Terms & Conditions:
1. All ticket sales are non-refundable and final. Tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded for cash. The only exception is if the concert is canceled by the organizer, in which case refunds will be subject to the terms and conditions specified by the organizer.
2. Tickets purchased from unauthorized ticket sellers or scalpers will be counted as void.
3. The right to cancel any tickets that have been resold or utilized by third parties in conjunction with other promotions, without a refund, is reserved by the organizer. Additionally, the bearer of such tickets may be denied admission.
4. The unauthorized resale or utilization of tickets by third parties, in conjunction with alternative offers and promotions, without the prior authorization or written consent of the organizer, is strictly prohibited.
5. The organizer has the right to refuse entry to holders of tickets that are not genuine, purchased or acquired from unauthorized agents, or damaged.
6. All ticket holders must check in with their e-ticket and receive a hand/ wrist stamp to access the concert.
7. Minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a ticket-bearing adult in the same section (2 minors : 1 adult maximum ratio). All ticket holders must have their valid photo Identity Card (IC) or passport ready for age verification when checking in. Organizer and staff reserve the right to request valid photo Identity Card (IC) or passport from attendees throughout the concert if necessary.
8. Purchasers MUST present their original Identity Card and confirmation email with QR code upon check-in. In the event that the provided confirmation or documents are insufficient to verify the ID of the individual and/or purchaser, the organizer reserves the absolute right to deny entry to the hall to the ticket holder.
9. You will need to produce the following at the ticket redemption counter in order to receive a hand/wrist stamp:
○ The e-ticket(s) in digital form on the Livepass Mobile App or from authorized third party (Eventbee, etc.)
○ A copy of your valid photo Identity Card (IC) or passport matching the customer name on the ticket(s).
10. For multiple ticket purchases on behalf of friends and/or family:
○ You are solely responsible for all the tickets under your purchase.
○ Please ensure the ticket is given only to the right recipient and is not shared with any other third-party.
11. The Organizer(s) will not be held responsible for any ticket that is invalid, lost, stolen, or destroyed.
12. All Concert Goers will be subject to bag checks and pat downs when entering the concert hall.
13. The organizer retains the right to include, remove, or replace artists, and/ or modify advertised programs, venue, concert schedules, and audience capacity without prior notice or compensation to ticket holders. The organizer may choose to postpone, cancel, interrupt, or halt the concert due to adverse weather conditions, hazardous situations, or any other causes beyond reasonable control.
14. Force Majeure Clause: The term ""Force Majeure"" encompasses events beyond the control of the Organizer, such as, but not limited to, governmental actions, public health crises, acts of God, war, civil unrest, riots, production delays, strikes, natural disasters, severe weather conditions, or the inaccessibility or unavailability of the Venue.
15. Ticket holders are required to adhere to all concert rules, security policies, and instructions provided by authorized personnel of the organizer. This includes consenting to any searches. The ticket holder willingly accepts all risks and dangers associated with the concert, whether they occur before, during, or after the festival, including but not limited to death, personal injury, loss, damage, and liability.
16. The organizer retains the authority to deny entry or remove from the premises any individual displaying disruptive behavior or violating venue and/or concert terms and conditions.
17. The organizer holds exclusive rights to all webcast/Internet coverage of the concert. Any live streams or broadcasts, whether for the Internet or other platforms, must be expressly approved in advance by the organizer. No individual is permitted to transmit, broadcast, or communicate any live audio or audiovisual images from the concert site without obtaining prior written permission from the organizer. This prohibition applies to performers and sponsors as well; broadcasting, displaying, or communicating any live audio or audiovisual content, whether for personal, commercial, or other purposes, is strictly prohibited without obtaining the organizer’s prior written consent.
18. Professional photography, video, and/or audio recording of any kind are strictly prohibited during the concert.
19. Ticket holders are not allowed to bring any professional audio or video recording devices (except for personal cell phones and non-commercial devices) into the concert hall without the approval of the organizer.
20. Ticket holders are permitted to bring personal, non-commercial photography devices into the concert hall, and they may use such devices to capture short-form video and still photographs. Examples of personal, non-commercial photography and video devices include cell phones, small digital cameras, or film cameras without a detachable lens.
21. Ticket holders agree to undergo medical treatment that may be considered appropriate in the event of an injury, accident, or illness during the concert. They expressly release the organizer and all individuals involved in such medical treatment from any liability for their actions.
22. Any sponsorship, on-site marketing, sampling, vending, coupon/product distribution, or other promotional/advertising activity at the concert (including parking lots) is strictly prohibited without the prior written approval of the organizer in each instance.
23. Cancellation:
○ Organizer reserves the right to postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other
causes beyond its reasonable control.
○ In the event any of the performing group is unable to attend or participate, and beyond its organizer’s reasonable control, no refund
can be claimed under any circumstances.
○ Banyak Bagus Entertainment reserves the right to change or amend any terms and conditions at any time at its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice.
24. Consent/Use of Image
○ During the Event (including entry into the Event), the ticket holder agrees to submit to any search for any prohibited items including but not limited to weapons, controlled, dangerous, and illegal substances and recording devices.
○ By holding the ticket, the ticket holder gives the organizer (and its assignees) permission to use the ticket holder's image, likeness, actions, and statements in any live or recorded audio, video, film, webcast, stream, or other transmission, exhibition, simulcast, or reproduction produced during or related to the concert. This usage may occur in any medium or context for various purposes, including commercial or promotional activities, without requiring additional authorization or any other form of consent.
25. Assumption of Risk
○ The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the Event whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual Event, including but not limited to any death, personal injury, loss, damage or liability.
26. Changes to Event
○ Organizer reserves the right to withdraw, replace, add or substitute any artists/performers’ and or vary advertised programmes, venue, event times, seating arrangements, and audience capacity without prior notice.
○ Organizer reserves the right to postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond its reasonable control.
