Terms & Conditions

1. Seat numbers will be sent to each customers email at least 7 days before the event
2. Valid Tickets: Only tickets purchased through the official ticketing platform will be accepted. Fake tickets or deactivated wristbands will be detected by our scanning system and denied entry.
3. Ticket Sharing: Tickets are strictly non-transferable. Do not share your ticket with anyone else.
4. Age Restriction: Entry is strictly for individuals aged 12 and above.
5. Photography & Recording: No professional cameras, video recording, or live streaming is allowed during the event. Violators may be removed from the venue.
6. Right of Admission: The event organizers reserve the right to deny entry or remove attendees for any reason without prior notice.
7. Identification: A valid government-issued ID is required for entry. No ID = No Entry.
8. Security & Prohibited Items: For safety reasons, bags will be checked upon entry. Prohibited items (weapons, illegal substances, large bags, outside food & drinks, etc.) are not allowed.
9. Lost or Damaged Tickets: The organizer will not reissue or replace lost, stolen, or damaged tickets.
10. Refund Policy: Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in case of an event cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances.
11. Entry Process: Please arrive early to allow time for security checks and ticket validation.
12. Ticket and QR Code: Bring a printed or digital copy of your ticket with your QR code and name on it. Limited or no WiFi may be available at the venue.
