
Designed as a tribute to Jakarta’s legacy, resilience, and unity, the run unfolds across five symbolic routes representing the five regions that shape the capital. Each course spans 5.00 kilometers, marking every step as a reflection of the city’s 500 years of growth, struggle, transformation, and pride. This is a collective movement, where streets become stories, and runners become part of Jakarta’s living narrative. From the bustling urban corridors to the cultural veins that define each area, the event connects communities through motion, honoring the past while energizing the future. Start from the Zero Point in front of the West Jakarta Mayor's Office > Run west bound along Jl. Kembangan Barat > Make a U-turn at the designated turnaround point on Kembangan Barat. > Continue east and turn right onto Jl. Kembangan Raya. > Follow Jl. Puri Lingkar Luar. > Continue along the route until returning to the West Jakarta Mayor's Office. > Finish: West Jakarta Mayor's Office.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Ticket Purchase & Registration
Each ticket is valid for one (1) registered participant and the selected running category only.
Participants must provide accurate and complete registration information.
Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable, unless otherwise determined by the Organizer.
Tickets purchased from unauthorized sources may be considered invalid.
The Organizer reserves the right to cancel registrations containing false, duplicate, or invalid information
2. Participant Eligibility & Health.
Participants must meet the age and eligibility requirements for their selected category.
Participants declare that they are in good health and physically fit to participate.
Participants are responsible for their own health and physical condition during the event.
The Organizer may stop or disqualify participants who are deemed unfit to continue for safety reasons.
3. Race Kit & Race Bib
Race kits must be collected during the designated Race Pack Collection period.
Participants must present the required identification or registration documents when collecting their race kit.
The Race Bib is strictly non-transferable and must be worn visibly during the race.
Using another participant's Race Bib or altering the Race Bib may result in disqualification.
4. Race Day & Operational Rules
Participants must arrive at the venue and Start Area according to the schedule provided by the Organizer.
Participants must follow all instructions from the Organizer, race officials, security, medical personnel, and volunteers.
Participants must remain on the official race route and must not take shortcuts or use unauthorized transportation.
Participants must comply with applicable cut-off times.
Participants who are injured, unwell, or unable to safely continue must stop and seek medical assistance.
5. Safety & Personal Belongings
Participants must comply with all safety and security procedures throughout the event.
Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.
The Organizer is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen belongings, except as required by applicable law.
Participants must not engage in behavior that may endanger themselves or others.
6. Event Changes & Cancellation
The Organizer reserves the right to modify, postpone, suspend, or cancel the event due to weather, safety concerns, government regulations, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond its control.
Any refund, transfer, or compensation will be subject to the Organizer's applicable policy.
7. Photography & Publicity
Participants acknowledge that photographs, videos, and recordings may be taken during the event.
The Organizer and its authorized partners may use such materials for event documentation, promotional, marketing, and media purposes.
8. Disqualification
Participants may be disqualified or removed from the event for:
Using an invalid ticket or another participant's Race Bib.
Cheating or taking unauthorized shortcuts.
Failing to follow race officials' instructions.
Violating safety rules or event regulations.
Engaging in abusive, disruptive, or dangerous behavior.
By purchasing a ticket, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
